How long does a video take?
A single Short typically takes 5–10 business days from materials to delivery. Series and 3D projects are scheduled together with you before we start.
How do revisions work?
Each video includes revision rounds agreed in your package (usually 2). Revisions cover edits within the agreed concept; new concepts are scoped separately.
What materials should I prepare?
Photos, logo files, menu/product info, and any footage you already have. If you have nothing but an idea, that's fine too — we'll plan the shoot or build it in 3D.
What formats do I receive?
MP4 (H.264) optimized for web and social, in vertical 9:16 and landscape 16:9 where applicable, plus a poster image and subtitle file.
How is pricing decided?
Every project gets a written quote based on scope, length, and schedule. Series and repeat work are priced better per video. Request a quote — no commitment.
Do you work with businesses outside LA?
Yes — most of the process runs online (upload, preview, feedback, delivery). On-location shoots are available around Los Angeles.
